Eleven and a half inches long by five and a half wide, the OC-3112 is the larger of Ocean's two sushi plates and the more generous in proportion. The extra width lets a roll lie across the plate rather than only along it, and leaves room beside the fish for a mound of ginger and a smear of wasabi.

At seven-eighths of an inch it is the shallower of the pair, which keeps the presentation flat and the pieces visible from a seated height. Twelve ship in a carton. Where the ten-inch is a single-line plate, this one takes a composed set.
