The OC-312 is the largest rectangle in the Ocean line, twelve inches by eight and a quarter, with a well running an inch and a half deep, as deep as any flat piece here. That depth changes what the shape can do: a saucy main, a bed of rice under a curry, or a shared side all stay put instead of creeping toward the edge.
Twelve arrive together. Both smaller rectangles are shallower by a clear margin, so when a rectangular shape is wanted for anything wet, this is the one in the family built to handle it.
