The OC-3110 runs ten inches long on just four and a quarter inches of width, a longer and narrower ratio than any other plate in the pattern. A row of nigiri, a line of tempura, or a trio of small bites sit end to end along it with nothing left over.
An inch of depth is more than most sushi boards offer, which means it also handles a dessert flight or a set of dipping bowls without them sliding about. Twenty-four to a carton. Its sibling the OC-3112 is wider in proportion and better suited to rolls laid across the short axis.
