Width matters more than length here: seven inches of usable field takes a protein and two sides without anything touching, and the gentle coupe lip stops a loose sauce running off the short end.
It sits between the eight-inch appetizer oval and the twelve, and it shares its footprint exactly with the OC-310 rectangle, so the two can be used interchangeably when a table mixes shapes on purpose. Two dozen to a carton.
