The UN-210 is a 10 inch rectangular plate, 5-7/8 inches front to back, with a raised 1-1/4 inch lip on all four sides. At exactly ten inches on the long edge it stays in plate territory rather than platter: a per-diner piece for a sushi set, a three-bite tasting run, or a cheese and charcuterie service for one.

Straight sides give a clean line to work against when food is laid out in a row, and the lip is high enough to stop a sauced item sliding off at a corner. The Universe blue sits in the centre of the field. Twenty-four to a case, twice the count of the three larger rectangles, which reflects how often the small one gets used.
