About this product
The biggest oval in the line, at thirteen and a half by ten and a half, and the platter that gets pulled out for carving, antipasti and whole-table sharing. Green suits a spread of salads and crudités better than it suits a roast, which is worth thinking about when ordering colours for a buffet. The wall runs seven-eighths of an inch thick, the same as the 12" oval and an eighth more than the 9-1/2" oval plate, because a platter this size is carried loaded. One dozen to a box, and the melamine body will not craze in a commercial dishwasher.
