About this product
Where the 6-1/2" narrow rim handles bread and dessert, one more inch of diameter turns the same plate into a starter course. Seven and a half inches carries a plated salad, a bowl of chips with a ramekin, or the dessert half of a prix fixe without the food crowding the rim. Green suits garden-room and casual-dining rooms that want colour on the table but not a pattern. A box of four dozen suits a venue cycling plates fast through a dish pit. The rim is narrow by design — Milestone's other plate profile puts a wide band around the same diameters and loses surface doing it.
