About this product
At nine and a half inches on its long axis this oval is a plate, not a serving piece — it is sized for one person's food, and Milestone's two larger ovals at 12" and 13-1/2" are the ones meant for the middle of the table. The shape earns its place where a round plate will not fit: narrow café tables, tray service, a fish fillet or a sausage that wants length rather than diameter. Blue makes it legible on a crowded pass. The wall runs three-quarters of an inch, matching the pattern's 9" and 10-1/2" rounds, and a box holds two dozen.
