About this product
At ten and a half inches this is the standard American dinner diameter, and the MS-010BU is Milestone's wide-rim version of it: a 3/4" section, a broad border, and a well that holds a protein, a starch and a vegetable without them touching. Nothing about the size is unusual, which is precisely the reason it anchors so many orders.
Blue at full dinner size changes the character of a room rather than flagging a station, so it tends to go into themed dining, poolside service and function rooms rather than onto a main floor. The same diameter exists with a narrow rim as the MS-110. Extra heavy weight melamine, break-resistant, dishwasher safe, two dozen to a case.
