About this product
Orange red is unmissable, and on a 7-1/2" plate it does real work: on a counter-service line a bright round is spotted from across the room, which shortens the walk for a runner carrying three at once. Diners read the colour as informal, so the size suits taquerias, poke counters and dessert bars rather than white-cloth rooms. The narrow rim leaves close to the full 7-1/2" face usable, and the height is five-eighths of an inch. Melamine will not shatter when a plate goes off the edge of a tray, which is largely why the material exists in food service. Boxed four dozen at a time.
