About this product
Orange red on a small narrow-rim plate is a tool for separating service: a diet tray, an allergy cover, a station that has to be told apart at speed. The MS-106RD measures 6-1/2" in diameter with a 5/8" section and a narrow border, giving more usable area than the wide-rim plate of the same size.
Stacking is the other reason to choose this profile. Thinner section and less rim mean more plates per column on a cold rail, which matters where storage under a counter is the constraint. The material is extra heavy weight melamine that survives a commercial dish machine without chipping at the rim, and cases run to four dozen.
