Orange red at this diameter is the plate you issue for the entrée so that nobody confuses it with the 9" lunch round or the 7-1/2" starter — size and colour together make the service error almost impossible. Ten and a half inches holds a full dinner portion. The narrow rim gives up less of the face than the wide-rim MS-010 at the identical diameter, and three-quarters of an inch of wall makes the edge hard to damage. Melamine in this weight does not flex when a loaded plate is carried flat on the palm. A box holds two dozen.
