About this product
Eight inches of round, the upper salad plate in Jersey and a common choice for a buffet line. There is room here for a composed starter with a dressed garnish, or for a diner to take two or three items off a service counter without piling them up.
The step up from the JS-107 is one inch of diameter, and it tells in how a plated course is laid out: a protein, a dressed leaf and a wedge can each sit apart instead of touching. Cased by the two dozen rather than three, which reflects the extra depth each one takes in the carton. It shares the stacking profile of every other round in the line, so mixed columns on a shelf sit level.
