About this product
The coupe version of the pattern’s 9" round, JP-1309 carries no rim: the surface sweeps up from the centre to the edge in one line, which pushes usable plating area right out to the perimeter. That suits a composed plate — sashimi fanned across the width, or an entrée with sauce poured rather than dotted.
Next to JP-1009, the rimmed 9" round, this is the plate a kitchen picks when the food rather than the border should frame the dish. Two dozen to the case. Break-resistant melamine in Sand, printed with the collection’s abstract Japanese motif, and safe for commercial dishwashers.
