At 12" across, JP-1312 is the widest round in the Japanese pattern and still a plate rather than a platter — a rimless coupe plate built for one composed presentation instead of for passing food around a table. A whole grilled fish, a tempura assortment or a shared sashimi course all fit without crowding the edge.
