About this product
JP-2009 is the 9" oval plate of the Japanese pattern, one length up from the 8" and one below the 10". Nine inches is the useful range for a single plated course on an oval plate — a fillet with a garnish, a pair of croquettes, a rolled omelette sliced and fanned along the axis.
Two dozen to the case puts it in the same pack as the 10" oval, so a kitchen can carry both lengths on one order. The oval plates in this collection wear the same abstract Japanese print as the rounds, applied to a Sand melamine body that resists chipping and scratching through a commercial wash cycle. Dishwasher safe.
