About this product
JP-2010 measures 10" by 7-1/4" and is the oval the Japanese pattern treats as a dinner plate. The 7-1/4" width is what separates it from the shorter ovals: there is room for a protein, a starch and a vegetable in three zones instead of a single row.
That suits a set meal — grilled fish, rice, pickles — where a round of comparable area gives a kitchen no long axis to lay components along. Two dozen to the case. The melamine body is scratch- and break-resistant, the Sand ground carries the collection’s abstract Japanese motif, and the plate goes through a commercial dishwasher unharmed.
