The Racingline Oil Management Kit is a 3-way baffled catch can built for the EA888 Gen 4 2.0 TSI engine used across the MQB Evo platform. It intercepts oil vapor and moisture from the crankcase before they reach the intercooler and intake manifold, keeping the charge-air path clean.
The system replaces the factory PCV breather hardware with a large-capacity billet catch tank, foam and baffle filtration, and a return line back to the crankcase, while maintaining correct crankcase ventilation under road, track, and race conditions.
Important Compatibility Information
This kit is built for non-US-specification EA888.4 vehicles. On US-market cars, fitment removes the factory PCV pressure sensor and will trigger a dashboard warning; a supporting ECU calibration is required to clear it. On the Golf 8/8.5 R and certain MQB Evo models, the catch can occupies the factory washer fluid reservoir location, so a Racingline Remote Washer Fill Kit is required alongside this kit (see Required But Not Included below).

Installation Notes
Installation replaces factory PCV breather components in the engine bay and does not require any cutting. Because the kit removes the US-market PCV pressure sensor, plan for a supporting ECU calibration if your vehicle is US-spec.
