A weld-in gusset kit for the front lower arm pivot mounts on the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco, with fixed holes that delete the alignment slots. Made from .125" thick 4130 plate and welded to the stock frame lower arm mounts to add strength.
The Bronco is a capable off-road vehicle, but its front lower arm mounts need extra support. This kit reinforces them and locks the lower arm in a fixed position so hard hits cannot shift the alignment there.

Why Gusset And Slot Delete
The front lower arm mounts on the frame carry the load every time a front tire hits something. Plating them with 4130 adds material where that load goes.
The factory mounts use slots so the lower arm pivot can move for alignment. That same slot is a place for the arm to shift under a hard hit. This kit replaces the slots with fixed holes, so the lower arm stays put. Alignment adjustment then has to come from the upper arm, which is why this kit is intended for use with an adjustable upper arm.

Questions
Can I still adjust alignment at the lower arm?
No. The fixed holes lock out alignment changes at the lower arm.
Do I need an adjustable upper arm?
This kit is intended to be used with an adjustable upper arm, since the lower arm is fixed and alignment adjustment has to come from the upper.
