About this product

Stock length fabricated front lower control arms for the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco, built from 4130 with a 1.5" uniball at the spindle and 1" uniballs at the frame. They work with the factory spindle and the factory coil over, and come ready for a bypass shock, a front bump stop and our sway bar kit.

The lower arm carries the front of the truck on every landing. These arms use large uniballs at every pivot and steering stops matched to the spindle, so you get more strength and control now and room to add parts later.

What Is In The Kit

  • 1 right side fabricated lower arm, with FK uniballs installed
  • 1 left side fabricated lower arm, with FK uniballs installed
  • 1 kit of 17-4 stainless spacers for the uniballs at the wheel and the frame
  • 2 12-point 5/8" bolts for the lower uniball at the spindle

Reuse the factory lower arm mounting bolts at the frame. If you have also added frame support plate kits at the lower arm mounts, you can use upgraded bolts instead.

Why Fabricated Lower Arms

The front lower arm carries the weight of the truck through the coil over and takes the full force of every hit and landing. Its pivots decide how precisely the wheel is held as the suspension moves.

These arms use a 1.5" uniball at the spindle connection and 1" uniballs at the frame. A uniball is a spherical bearing that pivots freely through the arm's travel while holding the wheel where it belongs.

Steering stops matter too. Billet machined steering stops are welded into the core of the arm and geometry matched with the spindle, so the steering stops at the right point and the steering rack is protected.

How It Is Built

  • Material: 4130
  • Construction: MIG welded and fixture built for consistent fit and quality
  • Joints: 1.5" FK uniball at the spindle, 1" FK uniballs at the frame
  • Spacers: machined 17-4 stainless steel
  • Steering stops: billet machined, welded into the arm and matched to the spindle
  • Built in: bypass shock mounts, sway bar mounting tabs and a welded-on bump stop plate
  • Finish: powder coat

Add-On Options

The arms are built to grow with the truck. Each of these can be added at any time:

3" bypass shock

Add a 3" bypass shock with the add-on upper shock mount kit and a special layout 3" shock. The bypass shock mounts are already built into the arm.

Front bump stop

The arms come with the bump stop plate welded on, ready for our weld-on front bump stop kit.

Tunable sway bar

The arm has mounting tabs for our Bronco sway bar kit. It uses custom bent sway bar arms and either a 1" or 1.25" diameter bar, so you can tune the feel to your liking.

Fitment

Fits the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco, stock length.

  • Works with the stock factory spindle / upright
  • Works with the stock factory coil over shock, or with aftermarket stock replacement coil over shocks

What uniballs does it use?

FK uniballs: 1.5" at the spindle and 1" at the frame, installed in the arms.

Which bolts do I use at the frame?

Can I add a bypass shock later?

Yes. The bypass shock mounts are built into the arm. Add the upper shock mount kit and a special layout 3" shock when you are ready.
