About this product
Smallest of Yoto's four deep rectangular sushi plates, this 6-1/2 by 3-3/4 inch piece is cut for a two or three-item nigiri order, a serving of pickles, or a single dessert portion. Three-quarters of an inch of wall all round makes it deep enough to hold soy without a separate dish beside it.
Rectangles in this proportion line up along a counter with almost no wasted space, which is why sushi bars order them forty-eight at a time. Melamine means a dropped plate goes back into service rather than into a bin. The body carries Yoto's green tea matte, with the edge darkened to brown.
