The longest of Yoto's deep rectangular sushi plates, eleven inches end to end and 5-1/2 inches across, with the same three-quarter inch wall as the rest of the family. That extra length takes a full roll plus accompaniments, or a tasting flight of three small items with clear space between them.
Its proportions sit between the wide 9-1/2 inch plate and the narrow strips, which makes it the most generally useful of the four for a kitchen that wants one rectangle rather than a set. Break-resistant melamine construction, safe through a commercial dish machine, in Yoto's green tea matte with a brown perimeter.
