Just under twelve inches, this pizza plate handles a shared pie or a full plated entree where a 10-1/2" face would crowd. The 1/2" rise is deliberate: a flat surface lets a pizza wheel run clean across the base without catching a rim, and it gives a chef room to compose around the edge.
Venice melamine carries the heft of porcelain in the hand and the thermal behaviour of plastic, so it will not shock-crack when a hot pie lands on a cold plate. A dozen are packed together. White, washable in a commercial machine, and resistant to the edge chipping that china of this diameter suffers.
