About this product
A rectangular platter just under thirteen inches long by 6-7/8" wide, with a 1" lip around a flat field. Past the ten-inch line this is serving ware rather than a cover plate, and the proportions say so: long and narrow, it runs down the centre of a table carrying bruschetta, a row of grilled vegetables, or a cheese selection.
The shallow lip keeps oil and crumbs contained without turning the platter into a dish, and the corners give a plating line to work against. A dozen boxed in white melamine, washable in a commercial machine and resistant to the cracking that splits a china rectangle of this span across the middle.
