At 10-1/2" across, this pizza plate takes the standard individual pie with a margin of crust clear of the rim, so slices stop sliding off when a server sets it down at speed. The same 1/2" flat profile runs through the whole Venice pizza range, which lets plates of different diameters stack together in one column.
Melamine holds its edge against a pizza wheel better than a thin china round, and the white face shows sauce and char with no pattern interfering. Two dozen are boxed together: washable in a commercial machine, resistant to breakage, and light enough for a runner to carry four up one arm.
