Two inches longer than the ST-210, it carries a whole roasted fish, a fajita service or a sandwich-and-side plate-up without crowding, and the 1-1/8 inch wall keeps juices aboard in transit. The Stone Art body is matte melamine in concrete gray with a fine dark speckle, so the oval platter photographs as kiln-fired stone while surviving a bus tub. Twenty-four to the case.
