The OP-212 is an oval platter for entree and shared-plate service: twelve and a quarter inches long by eight and a quarter wide, with a rim standing an inch and an eighth. That width is what matters here. It takes a whole fish, a rack, or a row of tacos without the ends hanging over the edge.

It slots between the ten-inch appetizer platter and the fourteen-inch oval, giving a kitchen three Optimum oval platters in one visual language. Melamine construction, matte finish, white with brown detailing. Two dozen ship to a case, enough to run a banquet service and still hold a reserve.
