About this product
The MS-5809GR is the shallow end of Milestone's pasta pair, nine and a quarter inches wide with an inch-and-a-quarter wall, and the bowl holds thirteen ounces. That proportion is chosen for presentation: sauce pools rather than drowns, and the garnish stays visible at the centre instead of sliding down a steep side. Green suits vegetable-forward kitchens, and pesto, primavera and herb-dressed grains all sit well in it.

It will not shatter if a server catches the rim on a doorframe, and it goes straight into a commercial machine afterwards.
