About this product
A bowl eleven inches across needs a reason, and the MS-5811BU has one. It is Milestone's entertaining format, the shape a kitchen reaches for when a dish has to look abundant. Sixteen ounces spread across that diameter sits an inch and three quarters deep, enough to hold broth or sauce, shallow enough that nothing is lost at the bottom. Blue frames a pasta or a mussel serving with a clear edge.
Specifications
Piece Pasta Bowl Color Blue Material Melamine Diameter 11" Height 1-3/4" Capacity 16 oz SKU MS-5811BU Case pack 24 pieces (2 dz)At this width the material matters more than it does on small items, since a thin bowl would bow. The extra heavy weight melamine Yanco specifies for Milestone keeps the floor flat under a hot portion, and the bowl goes through a commercial wash cycle without warping.
