About this product
The MO-206 is the deep member of the 6" x 4-1/2" footprint. Where the flat version lifts a quarter inch, this one is moulded two inches down, giving a genuine well while keeping the same triangular outline, so it drops into the same place at a setting but will hold something wet.
That makes it a tasting and side vessel: a spoonful of curry, a small portion of braised greens, dressed cucumber, a dessert with syrup. It is a deep plate rather than a round vessel, and the straight walls mean a spoon can be worked into the corners instead of chasing food around a curve. Matte white melamine survives the hard stacking and racking that small side pieces get all through a service.
