The DI-206 is a compact rectangular appetizer plate, six inches long by four and a half wide, built for one-bite service — an amuse, a single canapé, a sushi pair, or a condiment staged beside a larger cover.
A rim just over an inch deep contains a loose dressing or a spoonful of sauce. The elongated face reads well on a sharing board, and the slim profile lets a server carry several along one forearm. Four dozen to the carton makes it practical for heavy passed-canapé work, where a kitchen can go through a hundred covers in an hour and wants depth of stock behind the line.
