About this product
A ten-inch dinner plate supplied with a matching lid, sold as the pair. Room service, ward trays, conference catering and anything that travels from a kitchen down a corridor to a diner is what this combination exists for.
The lid seats on the rim rather than clamping to it, so it lifts away clean at the table and the reveal is part of the service. Covered, the plate holds its heat through a trolley run and keeps the food out of the air on the way. Uncovered it is an ordinary ten-inch dinner plate and goes into the same column as every other round in the line. Twelve plate-and-lid sets to the case.
