About this product
A full twelve inches makes this the widest round plate in Green Band, with an inch and a quarter of depth to hold a saucy dish and enough breadth to work as an under-plate beneath a bowl. Steakhouses and banquet rooms pick this size when the portion or the presentation wants more white space than a standard dinner round can offer.
It will overhang some commercial dish racks, so check your rack pitch before standardising on it. Against the GB-16 it adds an inch and a half of diameter at the same twelve-piece carton, so the look of a cover changes without the order quantity changing with it.
