About this product
Seven and one-eighth inches is the salad round in this pattern — wide enough for a dressed side, still narrow enough to sit beside a dinner plate on a crowded cover. Its well runs seven-eighths of an inch, matched to the GB-6 so the two form one clean column in the warmer.
Where the GB-6 tends to travel with dessert, this round earns its place at lunch, carrying a composed salad or half a sandwich. Above it the eight and three-eighths inch GB-22 crosses into luncheon territory. Thirty-six pieces to the carton means a whole station's worth of salad plates arrives in a single box.
