Seven inches across and two deep, this round soup bowl takes twenty-two ounces: a full portion of soup, a generous noodle serving, or a single-cover salad with enough room to toss it at the table.
Denmark offers the same diameter as a square in the DM-507, which holds sixteen ounces; the round carries six more because its curve uses depth that a square's corners waste. Choose the round where soup is ladled at the pass and the square where the dish is composed by hand. The curved wall also empties cleanly into a bus tub, which saves a scrape at the dish station. Twenty-four bowls travel together in one case.
