Ten inches square and forty-five ounces, the DM-510 is the pasta bowl in Denmark and the piece with the greatest capacity in the pattern. Two and a quarter inches of depth over a broad flat floor is the geometry a plated pasta wants, with sauce pooling at the centre and the garnish sitting above it.
It works equally as a shared serving bowl for four, a large grain bowl, or a mussels dish where the shells need somewhere to go. Thirteen ounces more than the DM-509 for one additional inch of width. Twelve to a case.
