An eight-inch round salad plate standing three-quarters of an inch at the rim. The extra inch of face over the DM-107 gives dressed greens somewhere to go, and the same plate doubles as a luncheon setting when the entree is light.
Yanco's speckle fills the well and stops short of the edge, which keeps the border clean behind a knife and fork. The body is porcelain, so it holds warmth under a plate cover and survives a commercial rack. Like the seven-inch round it ships three dozen to a carton, the same case depth.
