About this product
A twelve by six and a half inch rectangular platter with a seven-eighths-inch upright rim. Two inches longer and a full inch wider than the DM-310, it crosses out of plate territory and into service: a shared appetiser board, a bread presentation, a line of three desserts.
Rectangles suit narrow tables and buffet rails because they tile edge to edge without leaving gaps. This is the shortest of Denmark's three rectangular platters, which makes it the one that still fits a standard two-top without overhanging the edge. The upright wall is moulded rather than rolled, so the rim stays square to the base and the platter does not rock on a flat pass. Twelve to a carton.
