About this product
Nine and a half quarts makes this the deepest and highest-capacity bowl in the Catering collection, sixteen inches square and a full six and a quarter inches from base to rim.
It is a bulk piece, meant for the station that has to keep going through a long service without a refill: salad for a hundred and fifty, a mass of iced prawns, a reservoir of cut melon. Filled, it is heavy, so plan to move it on a trolley rather than by hand. The square plan lets it be pushed into a corner of the table and still be reached from two sides.
