About this product
One hundred and twenty ounces in a sixteen-inch round that stands two and a half inches tall, the largest of the shallow rounds and double the capacity of the twelve-inch in the same shape.
Caterers reach for it when a single bowl has to serve a long line: greens for eighty, a fruit display, dressed grains at a build-your-own station. Set on top of the twenty-inch round plate it leaves a two-inch border all the way around for ice or greenery. The shallow wall keeps the contents visible, which is what makes a buffet look stocked rather than picked over.
