Twelve inches with a 1-1/8-inch rise, the deepest profile of any flat round in Cambria. That extra eighth of an inch over the CA-110 is not decoration — it is what lets a twelve-inch plate carry a whole roasted fish, or a composed plate with height, without the rim disappearing underneath the food.

Kitchens use this diameter for chef's-table service, steak plates and large-format shared dishes. It is heavy enough that a dozen fills a carton on its own.
