It is narrower than the fourteen-inch leaf despite being longer, which gives a slim, elongated presentation surface — right for a whole side of salmon, a line of canapes along a buffet, or bread and dips run down the centre of a long table. Depth stays at an inch, so it stacks flat. Twelve ship together and the carton is long; confirm the receiving door and the shelf run before it arrives.
