The same geometry serves a composed salad for one, a grain course, or a plated risotto. Four Agate rounds carry the salad and pasta name; this and the AG-609 are the individual portions, with the ten-and-a-half and twelve-inch sizes kept back for shared service. Two dozen to the case.
