A nine-inch bowl, an inch and three quarters deep, thirty ounces. It shares a diameter with the AG-509 round in this collection but carries five ounces more, the difference coming from a wall that stands slightly taller the whole way around.
Thirty ounces across nine inches is the working measure for a restaurant pasta portion: generous enough that the plate does not look mean, contained enough that sauce does not run to the edge. It takes a Caesar, a poke course, or a warm grain salad just as readily. One dozen to the case. Chinaware with the beige color glaze, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
