The Haugen skid steer quick attach plate range is the same mounting plate fitted to every Haugen attachment at the factory, now available separately — for fabricating custom attachments, replacing a damaged plate, or adding Universal Skid Steer Quick Attach compatibility to homemade or repurposed equipment.
Seven models in three thicknesses — 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" — each available with a window or solid with welding holes. Plates are supplied unpainted.

- With window. An opening through the plate gives visibility past the attachment and reduces weight. It also gives access for welding and for running hoses through on hydraulic builds.
- Solid, no holes. A continuous plate, stronger across the middle and the choice where the attachment loads the centre of the plate rather than the edges.
The difference is 8 to 11 lbs. Choose on how your attachment loads the plate rather than on weight.
📏 Which Skid Steer Mounting Plate Thickness?
- 1/4" for light attachments — brackets, holders, light-duty fabrications. The MCUP two-piece version at 41 lbs is the lightest option in the range.
- 5/16" for general purpose builds carrying real load.
- 3/8" matches the plate Haugen fits to its own heavy attachments — buckets, grapples and forks. If you are building something that will dig, pry or carry heavy material, this is the section to use.

- Building a custom attachment. Weld the plate to whatever you are making and it mounts on any skid steer with the universal interface.
