About this product
The Vollrath 6412320 is a heavy-duty 3 oz solid oval Spoodle from the Jacob's Pride Collection, engineered for consistent portion control in high-volume foodservice environments. Its one-piece construction features an 18/8 stainless steel bowl and shaft for exceptional corrosion resistance, while the ergonomic black nylon handle withstands temperatures up to 450°F. A built-in stopper notch keeps the spoodle securely resting on pan edges, and the capacity is stamped directly on the shaft for quick visual identification. The oval bowl profile is specifically designed to reach into steamtable pan corners for thorough and efficient serving. Agion all-natural antimicrobial protection is built into the handle to help slow bacterial growth and maintain hygiene over time.
