About this product
The Vollrath 6412230 Spoodle utensil combines the best features of a spoon and ladle into a single, precision portioning tool built for high-volume foodservice. The mirror-finish 18/8 304 stainless steel one-piece construction delivers both durability and effortless sanitation, while the oval bowl geometry is specifically designed to reach into pan corners for minimal food waste. The blue-coded ergonomic nylon handle is heat resistant to 450 degrees F and incorporates all-natural antimicrobial properties, a textured grip, and a built-in stopper notch that keeps the utensil from sliding into pots. At a consistent 2-ounce capacity, this NSF-certified Spoodle is an indispensable tool for maintaining portion control and operational consistency on the line.
