About this product
The Vollrath 6422620 is a heavy-duty, one-piece Spoodle utensil from the Jacob's Pride collection, built for precision portion control in high-volume foodservice operations. Its mirror-finish 18/8 304 stainless steel perforated oval bowl holds exactly 6 ounces per scoop, and the oval shape is specifically designed to reach into the corners of steam table pans to minimize food waste. The black nylon handle is heat-resistant up to 450 degrees F, features an ergonomic textured grip, and is infused with all-natural antimicrobial properties to inhibit bacterial growth over time. A built-in stopper notch prevents the utensil from sliding into pans, while the capacity stamp on the shaft enables instant size identification during busy service.
