The driver side front differential mount on the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco and 2022-2026 Bronco Raptor is known to crack and break away from the frame where the diff bushing bolts in.
The Foutz Motorsports Front Differential Reinforcement Bracket Kit is a weld-in 3/16" steel reinforcement (a front diff mount gusset kit) that strengthens that factory frame bracket. Install it before the mount cracks, or as part of repairing one that already has.
Ford TSB or This Bracket? Which One You Need
Ford's Technical Service Bulletin 25-2613 covers a loud clink or clunk from the front end that traces back to a cracked or broken front differential frame mount bracket. Ford ties the failure to the front differential flexing during extended driving in 4L. The dealer repair uses a Ford frame bracket repair kit and an AWD module software update.
- 2021-2024 Bronco, 2.3L or 2.7L, cracked mount, still under warranty — Go to your Ford dealer first and ask about TSB 25-2613.
- Bronco Raptor (any year) — The TSB lists 2.3L and 2.7L Broncos only, so this bracket kit is the way to reinforce the mount.
- 2025 or 2026 Bronco — Outside the TSB's 2021-2024 range. Reinforce the mount before it cracks.
- Out of warranty, or you want it done before it fails — This bracket kit is built for exactly that, and it can go on during a mount repair.
