About this product
Yoto's miso bowl takes seven ounces across a 4-1/2 inch mouth, the standard serving for a soup course that arrives with the meal rather than before it. The two-inch wall is tall enough to carry broth without slopping when the bowl is lifted, which is how miso is normally drunk.
Dimensionally it matches the rice bowl in the same pattern, but kitchens order the two separately because most need both at every cover. Melamine insulates better than porcelain, so a hot broth stays hot while the outside stays holdable. Safe through a dish machine; green tea matte body, brown edging.
